In Helmond you'll find culture and sports. Think about the theatres 't Speelhuis and Annatheater. Watch a movie or concert at the Cacaofabriek. At Berkendonk you can do water sports or have a swim.

Berkendonk

Berkendonk is a public recreation area at the eastside of Helmond, which is free of charge. The western part is used for beach- and water activities like sunbathing, swimming, surfing and sailing.

The Dutch Cacaofabriek was a factory that made cacao powder and all kinds of chocolate products. It existed from 1894-1932. After a big renovation in 2014 it's been used as a cultural centre. Here you can enjoy good food, film and (musical) theatre.

Museum Helmond

At the two locations of Helmond Museum, adults and kids are always welcome to see, do and experience! Contemporary art can be found in the modern Boscotondohal. In the ancient castle you experience the story of the medieval castle and its inhabitants.

Theatre Speelhuis

Pleasedly housed in a former dome church, this stage is a place where creativity, relaxation and inspiration are self-evident daily.
